For Violation of Section Clause Samples
The 'For Violation of Section' clause establishes the consequences or remedies that apply if a specific section of an agreement is breached. Typically, this clause will identify which actions or omissions constitute a violation and outline the resulting penalties, liabilities, or corrective measures, such as damages, termination rights, or specific performance. Its core practical function is to deter non-compliance with key contractual provisions and provide a clear framework for addressing breaches, thereby protecting the interests of the non-breaching party and ensuring accountability.
