Common use of Force Majeure 9 Clause in Contracts

Force Majeure 9. Обстоятельства непреодолимой силы 9.1. The Force Majeure (Exemption) clause of the International Chamber of Commence (ICC Publication № 421 Е) is hereby incorporated in this Agreement. The notification concerning the force majeure circumstances should be provided in writing not later than 5 (five) business days after such circumstances have occurred. If the force majeure circumstances persist for a period of time exceeding 2 (two) months, each Party has the right to terminate the Agreement by notifying the other Party in writing. The Agreement shall be deemed terminated from the date of receipt of such notification. 9.1. Срок письменного уведомления о наступлении обстоятельств непреодолимой силы – 5 (пять) рабочих дней с момента наступления таких обстоятельств. Если обстоятельства непреодолимой силы действуют более 2 (двух) месяцев, настоящий Договор может быть расторгнут любой из Сторон путем направления письменного уведомления другой Стороне. Договор будет считаться расторгнутым с даты получения уведомления.
