Forcible Entry and Unlawful Detainer. Lessor may file an action for Forcible Entry and Unlawful Detainer against ▇▇▇▇▇▇ to recover possession of the Premises. In the event that Lessor obtains a Court-Ordered Writ of Restitution (a.k. a. Eviction Order), Lessee shall be provided not less than thirty (30) days from the entry of the Eviction Order, which may be extended to not more than sixty (60) days after the entry of judgment if the home owner has prepaid no later than thirty (30) days after the court ruling to the Lessor an amount equal to a pro rata share of rent for each day following the expiration of the initial thirty-day (30) period after the date of the Eviction Order. As allowable by law, Lessee shall have at least forty-five (45) days from the entry of a judgment for possession to sell the home.
