Forecasting of Net Delivered Energy. 9.2.1 In view of the intermittency inherent in resource and therefore the generating capability of the Complex, the Parties agree that meticulous adherence to the provisions of the Grid Code relating to the scheduling and dispatch of generation facilities connected to the Grid System, including solar and wind generation is not possible in the case of the Complex.
