Forecasting Process. PROBE has set forth its initial estimates of its anticipated purchase projection from BM in Attachment C. BM understands that these estimates are not binding, except for 1998, and do not establish any minimum amount of purchases by GEN-PROBE. For purposes of BM's long term manufacturing capacity planning, GEN-PROBE shall provide to BM annually by the last day of September, a revised projection of purchase volume for each of the succeeding three (3) calendar years or for the remaining period of the contract, whichever period is shorter. Each year BM and GEN-PROBE shall agree on the quantity of the Products to be delivered in the next year for any Product as to which GEN-PROBE ordered more than twice the projected amount for the preceding year. The lead time to adjust BM's manufacturing capacity to said quantity will be negotiated and agreed upon following agreement with the new projection. All such estimates shall be considered to be confidential and proprietary information of GEN-PROBE under this Agreement.

Forecasting Process. Anteris will provide Switchback a binding annual purchase forecast for Clinical Use Products, followed by a rolling non-binding build forecast for such Clinical Use Products, based on a set timeschedule or project milestone basis. The forecast is to aid Switchback in long range staff and material planning.
Forecasting Process. On or before the first day of each calendar quarter during the Term of this Agreement, 4C shall provide Supplier with a six-month non-binding written forecast covering its good faith anticipated purchases of Products for the period commencing on the first day of the next calendar quarter (the “Forecast”).
Forecasting Process. On or before the first day of each calendar quarter during the Term of this Agreement, Anteris shall provide Aran with a minimum six-month non-binding written forecast covering its good faith anticipated purchases of Aran Components for the period commencing on the first day of the next calendar quarter (the “Forecast”). Anteris shall notify Aran if the Commercial Launch for the Anteris Devices is anticipated to occur at any time within the period covered by the Forecast and shall place Purchase Orders for any Aran Components to be used in commercialized products according to Section 2.4.2(ii).
