Common use of Forecasting Clause in Contracts

Forecasting. Seller shall provide the forecasts described below at its sole expense and in a format reasonably acceptable to Buyer (or Buyer’s designee). Seller shall use reasonable efforts to provide forecasts that are accurate and, to the extent not inconsistent with the requirements of this Agreement, shall prepare such forecasts, or cause such forecasts to be prepared, in accordance with Prudent Operating Practices.
