Common use of FOREIGN ACCOUNTS Clause in Contracts

FOREIGN ACCOUNTS. Customers not residing in the United States (”Foreign Accounts”) may be asked to comply with requests for special information by ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ as required by any governmental unit or regulatory agency. This includes, but is not limited to, special calls for information. In the event of a special call for information, ▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇ or its agent shall be required to obtain the information set forth by any governmental unit or regulatory agency requesting information. In addition, failure to respond to a special call may cause transactions to be prohibited (other than offsetting trades) for Customer.
