Common use of Foreign Approvals Clause in Contracts

Foreign Approvals. All applicable waiting periods (or extensions thereof) or consents, non-objections or approvals relating to the Transactions under the Applicable Laws of the jurisdictions or Governmental Entities set forth in Section 7.1(g) of the Janus Disclosure Schedule and Section 7.1(g) of the ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Disclosure Schedule (the Requisite Regulatory Approvals) shall have expired, been terminated or received.
