Common use of Foreign Registration and Laws Clause in Contracts

Foreign Registration and Laws. Licensee agrees to register this Agreement with any foreign governmental agency and otherwise comply with applicable law within the Territory affecting this Agreement and pay all related costs and legal fees. If such law requires registration by Licensor, Licensee will so inform Licensor which will pay the applicable costs.
