Common use of Foreign Subsidiary Opinion Clause in Contracts

Foreign Subsidiary Opinion. If such requested Loan is the initial Multicurrency Loan to be made to any Foreign Subsidiary Borrower that is not a party to this Agreement on the Closing Date, the Administrative Agent shall have received (with a copy for each Lender) a Foreign Subsidiary Opinion in respect of such Foreign Subsidiary Borrower.

Foreign Subsidiary Opinion. Each Loan made to a Borrower hereunder shall constitute a representation and warranty by such Borrower as of the date of such Loan that the conditions contained in this subsection 7.2 have been satisfied.
