FOREST CERTIFICATION. Schedule D, Section 1.03 of the Community Forest Agreement states that the BLCF must be certified under a recognized forest certification process no later than March 31, 2017. We are committed to achieving forest certification and are currently working to determine which certification best meets the needs of the Community Forest. We believe we can meet the deadline of March 31, 2017.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. The area encompassed by this timber sale is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC) – Certificate #SCS-FM/COC-00070N and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative (SFI) – Certificate #NSF-SFIS-1Y941. Forest products from this sale may be delivered to the ▇▇▇▇▇ “FSC-Pure” and/or “SFI certified” so long as the contractor hauling the forest products is chain-of-custody (COC) certified or covered under a COC certificate from the destination mill. The purchaser is responsible for maintaining COC after leaving the sale area.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. The area encompassed by this timber sale and forest products from this sale including logs or chips of all species is certified to the standards of the Forest Stewardship Council® SCS- FM/COC-00070N FSC 100% and the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® NSF-SFI-FM-1Y941 SFI 100%.
FOREST CERTIFICATION. Provide interior architectural woodwork produced from wood obtained from forests certified by an FSC-accredited certification body to comply with FSC STD-01-001, "FSC Principles and Criteria for Forest Stewardship."

FOREST CERTIFICATION. 11.1 The MCFC will support the existing certification(s) of forest management on Crown lands by providing any requested information and reports and complying with such requirements, practices or measures required by NSNDR in its achievement of Crown land certification. 11.2 If certification of the Pilot Project Land is discontinued during the term of this Agreement, the MCFC will continue to implement such policies or practices as are in effect at the time of discontinuance until the termination of this Agreement, provided such practices are consistent with achievement of the objectives of the Agreement.

FOREST CERTIFICATION. 1. The Purchaser agrees to provide, prior to signing Contract and for the duration of this Contract, documentation that at least one person on site engaged in the performance of this Contract complies with the training standard as adopted by the Wisconsin SFI® Implementation Committee. Criteria for the standard can be obtained by contacting the Forest Industry Safety & Training Alliance (FISTA). The Seller recognizes and accepts documentation under the Michigan training standard. 2. The area encompassed by this timber sale is certified to the standards of the Sustainable Forestry Initiative® NSF-SFI-FM-1Y943 SFI 100% and the Forest Stewardship Council® SCS-FM/COC-00083G FSC 100%. Forest products from this sale may be delivered to the ▇▇▇▇▇ SFI 100% or FSC 100% as long as the Contractor hauling the forest products is chain-of-custody (COC) certified or covered under a COC certificate from the destination mill.   • Debarment Certification The Contractor, by signature to this Contract, certifies that the Contractor is not presently debarred, suspended, proposed for debarment, declared ineligible, or voluntarily excluded by any Federal department or agency from participating in transactions (Debarred). The Contractor also agrees to include the above requirement in any and all Subcontracts into which it enters. The Contractor shall immediately notify DSHS if, during the term of this Contract, Contractor becomes Debarred. DSHS may immediately terminate this Contract by providing Contractor written notice if Contractor becomes Debarred during the term hereof.

  • S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Certification Each Form 10-K with respect to the Trust shall include a S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Certification in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit X required to be included therewith pursuant to the S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Act. The Certificate Administrator, the Master Servicer, the Special Servicer, the Operating Advisor, the Asset Representations Reviewer (in the case of the Asset Representations Reviewer, solely with respect to reporting periods in which the Asset Representations Reviewer is required to deliver an Asset Review Report Summary), the Custodian and the Trustee shall provide (and (i) with respect to any Servicing Function Participant of such party that is a Mortgage Loan Seller Sub-Servicer, shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide, and (ii) with respect to any other Servicing Function Participant of such party (other than any party to this Agreement), shall cause such Servicing Function Participant to provide) to the Person who signs the S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ Certification for the Trust or any Other Securitization Trust (the “Certifying Person”) no later than March 1 in the year immediately following the year as to which such Form 10-K relates or, if March 1 is not a Business Day, on the immediately following Business Day, a certification in the form attached to this Agreement as Exhibit Y-1, Exhibit Y-2, Exhibit Y-3, Exhibit Y-4, Exhibit Y-5, Exhibit Y-6, Exhibit Y-7 and Exhibit Y-8, as applicable, on which the Certifying Person, the entity for which the Certifying Person acts as an officer, and such entity’s officers, directors and Affiliates (collectively with the Certifying Person, “Certification Parties”) can reasonably rely. With respect to each Outside Serviced Mortgage Loan serviced under an Outside Servicing Agreement, the Certificate Administrator shall use commercially reasonable efforts to procure, and upon receipt deliver to the Certifying Person, a S▇▇▇▇▇▇▇-▇▇▇▇▇ back-up certification similar in form and substance to the certifications referenced in the preceding sentence, from the related Outside Servicer, the related Outside Special Servicer, the related Outside Paying Agent and the related Outside Trustee. In the event any Reporting Servicer is terminated or resigns pursuant to the terms of this Agreement, or any applicable Sub-Servicing Agreement or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be, such Reporting Servicer shall provide a certification to the Certifying Person pursuant to this Section 10.06 with respect to the period of time it was subject to this Agreement or the applicable sub-servicing or primary servicing agreement, as the case may be.

  • Medical Certification (1) The University may require an employee to provide medical certification from a health care provider for FMLA leave without pay when taken for the serious health condition of the employee or the employee's family member. (2) Medical certification may be required to affirm the employee's ability to return to work and perform one or more of the essential functions of the job within the meaning of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), after being absent on FMLA leave.

  • AS9100 Certification ‌ AS9100 Certification, specifies requirements for a quality management system to demonstrate the Contractor’s ability to consistently meet the customer requirements as well as statutory and regulatory requirements for the aerospace industry. An AS9100 Certification, is not mandatory; however, Contractors who desire to compete for work within the aerospace industry are encouraged to have AS9100 Certification, during the entire term of OASIS. The Contractor shall notify the OASIS CO, in writing, if there are any changes in the status of their AS9100 Certification, and provide the reasons for the change and copies of audits from an AS9100 Certification Body, as applicable. If only part of a Contractor’s organization is AS9100, certified, the Contractor shall make the distinction between which business units or sites and geographic locations have been certified.
