FOREST SERVICE AND ARBOR DAY FOUNDATION LIABILITY TO THE SUB- GRANTEE. Neither the United States nor the Arbor Day Foundation shall be liable to Sub- grantee for any costs, damages, claims, liabilities, and judgments that arise in connection with the performance of work under this award, including damage to any property owned by Sub- grantee or any third party.
