Common use of Forestland Response Clause in Contracts

Forestland Response. (a) Equipment costs shall be paid to the resource provider at the DNR Wage and Equipment Rates or as otherwise agreed to in writing by the respective authorized agency representatives. (b) Career/permanent and seasonal personnel costs will be reimbursed to the resource provider at the resource provider’s actual total cost. This will include backfill costs as outlined in the State Mobilization Plan.
