Common use of Forfeiture of Commissions in Event of Violation Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Commissions in Event of Violation. Agent further agrees that, in the event of a willful violation by Agent of any of the prohibitions set forth in the Agreement, CloudWest may immediately and irrevocably terminate the payment of any and all commissions that may be payable to Agent hereunder, regardless of whether CloudWest seeks or obtains injunctive relief pursuant to Section 3.4, above.
