Common use of Forfeiture of Option Clause in Contracts

Forfeiture of Option. To the extent that the Option has not yet vested pursuant to Section 2(a), the Option shall be forfeited automatically without further action or notice if the Grantee’s Continuous Service with the Company or a Subsidiary terminates prior to a Vesting Date other than as provided pursuant to Section 2(b).

Forfeiture of Option. To the extent that the Option has not yet vested pursuant to Section 2(a)2 above, the Option it shall be forfeited automatically without further action or notice if the Grantee’s Continuous Service with Participant ceases to be employed by the Company or a Subsidiary terminates and its Subsidiaries prior to a the Vesting Date other than as provided pursuant to in Section 2(b) or (c).

The Option shall vest on a monthly prorated basis if such termination is prior to an anniversary of the Date of Grant.

To the extent that the Option has not yet vested pursuant to Section 2(a)2 above, the Option it shall be forfeited automatically without further action or notice if the Grantee’s Continuous Service with Optionee ceases to be employed by the Company or its Subsidiaries or be a Subsidiary terminates member of the Board of Directors prior to a the Vesting Date other than as provided pursuant to in Section 2(b).
