Common use of Forfeiture on Termination Clause in Contracts

Subject to Section 4 of this Agreement, if the Participant's employment with the Company terminates for any reason prior to the Vesting Date for a given portion of the Shares, the Participant shall forfeit all rights with respect to such unvested Shares, as of the date the Participant's employment terminates.
