Common use of Forklift Operator Clause in Contracts

Forklift Operator. YARDMAN - is an employee who possesses a valid “certificate” from a recognized Forklift Operator Training Program in the Province of BC, operates a forklift, and performs other related labouring duties including, but not limited to, yard and facility cleanup and repair, the pressure washing of containers and/or truck washing. The Employer shall be responsible for all training required to achieve and retain the “certificate”. An employee shall be in possession of a valid driver’s license issued under the Motor Vehicle Act of BC.
