FORM ADV PART II. The parties hereto acknowledge that, concurrently with the execution of this Agreement, ING-IM is furnishing to Client, for Client's review and inspection, a copy of Form ADV Part II most recently filed by ING-IM with the Securities and Exchange Commission. Upon Client's written or oral request, ING-IM shall provide to Client a copy of any future Form ADV Part II.
