Form and Certificates. Such policy shall name Owner as an additional insured and contain a cross-liability and severability endorsement. Romarco’s insurance policy shall also be primary insurance without right of contribution from any policy carried by Owner. A certificate of insurance and a copy of Romarco’s insurance policy shall be provided to Owner before any entry by Romarco or its agents or employees on the Property and shall provide that such policy is not subject to cancellation, expiration or change, except upon thirty (30) days prior written notice to Owner.
