Form and Distribution of Notices. (1) The notices shall be in a form agreed upon by the Parties and approved by the Ontario and Quebec Courts or, if the Parties cannot agree on the form of the notices, the notices shall be in a form ordered by the Ontario and Quebec Courts. (2) The notices shall be disseminated by a method agreed upon by the Parties and approved by the Ontario and Quebec Courts or, if the Parties cannot agree on a method for disseminating the notices, the notices shall be disseminated by a method ordered by the Ontario and Quebec Courts.
