Common use of Form and Distribution of Notices Clause in Contracts

Form and Distribution of Notices. (1) The Parties shall seek approval from the Courts of the short form Notice and long form Notice, attached hereto as Appendix “A” and Appendix “B”, respectively. (2) Class Counsel shall disseminate the Notice in accordance with the Notice Plan attached hereto as Appendix “C”. (3) Class Counsel shall disseminate the Notice ordered by the Courts unsing a method agreed upon by the Parties and approved by the Courts or, if the Parties cannot agree on a method for disseminating the notices, the notice shall be disseminated by a method ordered by the Courts.
