Form and Transfer of Receipts. [[All] [A portion] of the Receipts shall initially be represented by one or more global receipts (collectively, the “DTC Receipt”) deposited with The Depository Trust Company (“DTC”) and registered in the name of [Cede & Co.], a nominee of DTC.
