Common use of Form of Additional Notes Clause in Contracts

Form of Additional Notes. (a) Any Additional Notes of the same series as the Initial Notes will be in the form or forms provided in Sections 2.1 (b), (c) or (d), as applicable, of Appendix A to the Indenture.
