Form of Annuities and Payments under the Contract Sample Clauses

The "Form of Annuities and Payments under the Contract" clause defines how annuity payments will be structured and disbursed to the contract holder or beneficiary. It typically outlines the available payment options, such as fixed period, lifetime, or joint-life annuities, and specifies the frequency and method of payment, such as monthly or annually, and whether payments are made by check or direct deposit. This clause ensures that both parties have a clear understanding of how and when payments will be made, reducing the risk of disputes and providing certainty regarding the financial arrangements under the contract.
