Common use of Form of Bearer PR Debt Instruments Clause in Contracts

Form of Bearer PR Debt Instruments. Interest-bearing Bearer PR Debt Instruments in definitive form will be serially numbered and issued with Coupons (and where appropriate, a Talon) attached, other than in the case of PR Debt Instruments which do not carry an entitlement to periodic payment of interest prior to the redemption date of such PR Debt Instruments and which are issued at a discount to their face value (“Zero Coupon PR Debt Instruments”) (in which case references to interest (other than in relation to interest due after the redemption date), Coupons and Talons in these Conditions are not applicable).
