Form of Bearer Security. (a) Each Bearer Security and Coupon shall bear a legend substantially to the following effect: "Any United States Person who holds this obligation will be subject to limitations under the United States income tax laws, including the limitations provided in Sections 165(j) and 1278(a) of the Internal Revenue Code." (b) The definitive Securities and Coupons, if any, of each series shall be printed, lithographed or engraved or produced by any combination of these methods on steel engraved borders or may be produced in any other manner, provided that such manner is permitted by the rules of any securities exchange on which such series of Securities may be listed or of any automated quotation system on which such series may be quoted, all as determined by the officers executing such Securities and Coupons, as conclusively evidenced by their execution of such Securities and Coupons. Section 203. Form of Trustee's Certificate of Authentication. (a) Only such of the Securities as shall bear thereon a certificate substantially in the form of the Trustee's certificate of authentication hereinafter recited, executed by the Trustee by manual signature, shall be valid or become obligatory for any purpose or entitle the holder thereof to any right or benefit under this Indenture, and the certificate of authentication by the Trustee upon any such Security executed on behalf of the Company as aforesaid shall be conclusive evidence that the Security so authenticated has been duly authenticated and delivered hereunder and that the holder thereof is entitled to the benefits of this Indenture. (b) Each Security shall be dated the date of its authentication, except that any Global Security shall be dated as of the date specified as contemplated in Section 3.01. (c) The form of the Trustee's certificate of authentication to be borne by the Securities shall be substantially as follows:
