FORM OF BORROWING REQUEST. Cortland Capital Market Services LLC, as Administrative Agent for the Lenders party to the Term Loan Agreement referred to below Ladies and Gentlemen: The undersigned, Uber Technologies, Inc. (the “Borrower”), refers to the Term Loan Agreement, dated as of April 4, 2018 (as amended, restated, amended and restated, extended, supplemented and/or otherwise modified from time to time, the “Term Loan Agreement”, the terms defined therein being used herein as therein defined), among the Borrower, the lenders from time to time party thereto (each a “Lender” and collectively, the “Lenders”) and you, as Administrative Agent for such Lenders, and hereby gives you notice, irrevocably, pursuant to Section 2.03 of the Term Loan Agreement, that the undersigned hereby requests a Borrowing under the Term Loan Agreement, and in that connection sets forth below the information relating to such Borrowing (the “Proposed Borrowing”) as required by Section 2.03 of the Term Loan Agreement:
