Form of Modification Sample Clauses

Form of Modification. Any modification to the terms of the Bonds and any of the Guarantees, whether pursuant to Condition 16.2 or 16.3, shall be effected by way of deed poll executed by the Issuer and/or the relevant Guarantor(s), as the case may be. A copy of such deed poll will be sent by the Issuer to the Bondholders in accordance with Condition 20 as soon as practicable thereafter.
Form of Modification. Any modification of or addition to this Agreement shall be in writing and shall be executed by duly authorized representatives of the Parties.
Form of Modification. Any modification to the terms of the Warrants, whether pursuant to Condition 8.1 or 8.2, shall be effected by way of deed poll executed by the Issuer. A copy of such deed poll will be sent by the Issuer to the Warrantholders in accordance with Condition 12 as soon as practicable thereafter.

  • Waiver or Modification Any waiver, modification, or amendment of any provision of this Agreement shall be effective only if in writing in a document that specifically refers to this Agreement and such document is signed by the parties hereto.

  • DESCRIPTION OF CONTRACT MODIFICATION This contract modification is made in accordance with Exhibit E-Revised-1, Contractual Terms and Conditions, Section 22. CHANGES, to be made part hereof for all pertinent purposes. The changes are as follows:

  • Waiver; Modification Failure to insist upon strict compliance with any of the terms, covenants, or conditions hereof shall not be deemed a waiver of such term, covenant, or condition, nor shall any waiver or relinquishment of, or failure to insist upon strict compliance with, any right or power hereunder at any one or more times be deemed a waiver or relinquishment of such right or power at any other time or times. This Agreement shall not be modified in any respect except by a writing executed by each party hereto.

  • Modification of Budget Upon written approval of County, Subrecipient shall have the authority to transfer allocated program funds from one category of the overall program Budget to another category of the overall Budget. No such transfer may be made without the express prior written approval of County. A modification of the Budget may include the addition of any new Budget category.‌

  • ADDITION, DELETION OR MODIFICATION OF FUNDS The Parties hereto may agree, from time to time, to add other Funds to provide additional funding media for the Contracts, or to delete, combine, or modify existing Funds, by amending Schedule A hereto. Upon such amendment to Schedule A, any applicable reference to a Fund, AVIF, or its Shares herein shall include a reference to any such additional Fund. Schedule A, as amended from time to time, is incorporated herein by reference and is a part hereof.
