Common use of Form of Notice Clause in Contracts

Form of Notice. (a) Unless expressly stated otherwise in this Agreement, any notice, certificate, consent, approval, waiver or other communication in connection with this Agreement (Notice) must be in writing or given by electronic transmission, signed by an authorised officer of the sender and marked for the attention of the person identified in clause 14.3 or, if the recipient has notified otherwise, then marked for attention in the last way notified.

Form of Notice.
