Form of Order. 2.1 Subject to Clauses 1.1 and 1.2 of this Schedule 7, each Participating Authority may place an Order with the Supplier by serving an Order Form. 2.2 In the event that the Participating Authority places an Order with the Supplier pursuant to the Ordering Procedure, the Supplier agrees that it shall be obliged to fulfil the Order.
