Form of Policy. All policies required to be carried by ▇▇▇▇▇▇, under this Article 11 shall be written with solvent, financially responsible ---------- companies authorized to do business in the State of Washington with a Best & Company rating of "B+IX" or better, and shall name Landlord, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇'s property manager and any Senior Party as an additional insured, and each insurer shall agree not to cancel or alter the policy without at least thirty (30) days prior written notice to Landlord and all named and additional insureds. Any deductible or self-insurance provisions under any insurance policies maintained by Tenant shall be subject to Landlord's prior written reasonable approval.
