Common use of Form of Restricted ADSs Clause in Contracts

Form of Restricted ADSs. Any Restricted ADSs to be issued in accordance herewith may be issued through a book-entry registration system maintained by the Depositary specifically for such Restricted ADSs pursuant to this Section 6.
