Form of Share Certificates. The form of certificates for the Common Shares are in due and proper form under the laws governing the Issuer, in accordance with the provisions of the Business Corporations Act (British Columbia) and in compliance with the requirements of the CSE and does not conflict with the constating documents of the Issuer.
