Common use of Form of Sublease Clause in Contracts

Form of Sublease. The Company shall include in all subleases the obligation of the subtenants to recognize and comply with the provisions of this Lease., including, without limitation, the provisions of Section 5. The Company must include in all its subleases provisions that require the subtenants to (1) comply with all Applicable Laws, specifically identifying the food and beverage reporting requirements of the zoning ordinance; (2) comply with the Booking Agreement; and (32) provide information necessary for the Company to comply with the Economic Development Incentive Agreement.
