Formal Amendments to the Contract. a. Formal Amendments to the Contract. a. Except as provided in Condition condition 31 and subject to clause 6.c, the Contract may only be amended by the written agreement of the Parties (or their duly authorised representatives acting on their behalf). Such written agreement shall consist of:
