Formalities, etc. The proxy rules applicable to, the formalities to be observed in respect of the giving notice of, and the formalities to be observed in respect of the conduct of, any meeting or any adjourned meeting of Holders shall be those from time to time prescribed by the Agreement with respect to meetings of unitholders or, if not so prescribed, as required by law. On every poll taken at every meeting of Holders, each such Holder entitled to vote thereat shall be entitled to one vote in respect of each Series 8 Preferred Limited Partnership Unit held.
