Formation of the contract. 2.1 A contract for the Services will be formed between you and us once you have given us a signed, fully completed contract, paid the relevant deposit, accepted our policies (which form an integral part of our contract with you) and we have informed you that your place has been confirmed. 2.2 These terms and conditions govern the contract between you and us for the Services.
