Common use of Forms and Reports Clause in Contracts

Forms and Reports. Each form and/or report referred to herein shall be in the form described in the Program Documents, unless otherwise required by the Servicer and CDA. All such forms and reports are incorporated herein and constitute a part of this Origination Agreement.
