Common use of Forms of Conveyance Clause in Contracts

Forms of Conveyance. The following or other equivalent forms of conveyance, varied to suit circumstances, are sufficient for the purposes herein contemplated: 1. For a quitclaim deed. 2. For a deed in fee simple without warranty. 3. For a deed in fee with warranty. The same as the last preceding form, adding the words: And I warrant the title against all persons whomsoever (or other words of warranty, as the party may desire).
