Common use of Forms of Cooperation Clause in Contracts

Forms of Cooperation. Pursuant to Article 135 of the Basic Agreement, the forms of cooperation under this Section may include: (a) exchanging and sharing information on trade, investment, business related laws and regulations and business environment of the Countries; (b) exchanging experts and trainees in order to promote trade and investment; (c) organizing missions, seminars and business meetings for further expansion of trade and investment; (d) organizing or taking part in trade fairs; and (e) other forms to be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.

Forms of Cooperation. Pursuant to Article 135 112 of the Basic Agreement, the forms of cooperation under this Section Chapter may include: (a) exchanging views and sharing information on trade, investment, business related laws and regulations and business environment of the Countries; (b) exchanging experts and trainees in order to promote trade and investment; (cb) co-organizing missions, seminars and business meetings other events for further expansion of trade and investmentinvestment in the Countries; (c) encouraging exchanges of experts, specialists, trainees, and researchers to promote and improve knowledge on trade and investment in the Countries; (d) organizing or taking part in exchanging information on investment environment and laws and regulations related to business, to promote further trade fairsand investment and relevant business operations between the Countries; and (e) other forms to as may be mutually agreed upon by the Parties.. Article 15
