Forms. Forms for filing grievances, withdrawing grievances, serving notices, taking appeals, making reports and recommendations and other necessary or related proceedings, shall be prepared by the District after consultation with the Association. Multiple copies shall be available upon request from TUSD Employee Relations or the Association.
