Forward Contracts. You hereby agree to enter into Forward Contracts only for the purpose of facilitating payment for identifiable goods, services or direct investment. You agree that we reserve the right to decline to accept an instruction in respect of a Forward Contract if we reasonably believe that you intend to enter into the Forward Contract for purposes other than those listed above.
