Forwarding of Information Clause Samples

The 'Forwarding of Information' clause requires one party to promptly share relevant information with another party, typically when such information is necessary for the performance of contractual obligations or for compliance purposes. In practice, this may involve transmitting updates, notices, or documents received from third parties, or relaying critical data that could affect the agreement's execution. The core function of this clause is to ensure transparency and facilitate effective communication between parties, thereby preventing misunderstandings and enabling timely decision-making.
