Common use of Foundation Functions Clause in Contracts

Foundation Functions. As more fully described in the Articles of Incorporation, the purpose of the Foundation shall be to operate the Foundation, to exercise its right to enforce the covenants and restrictions contained within this Declaration, and to operate and maintain the Foundation Common Areas in an attractive and proper manner and to assess its Members for the expense of such operation and maintenance.
