Common use of Foundation Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

Foundation Responsibilities. The Foundation agrees to: 1. Provide all publications, documents, forms, instructions, and technical assistance as necessary for the Agency to participate in the accreditation process. 2. Provide trained assessors to the Agency for the purpose of conducting on-site assessment(s) of Agency compliance with relevant standards. 3. Review and evaluate all information and findings obtained from the assessment and advise the Agency of the results thereof.
