Common use of Foundation's liability Clause in Contracts

Foundation's liability. Unless negligent or in breach of another legal duty which causes injury, loss or damage, the Foundation does not accept responsibility for accidental injury or other loss caused to the Pupil or the Parents or for loss or damage to property.
