FPS Measurement Forum. The Shippers Operator (on behalf of the Shippers Group) shall, with effect from the date of this Agreement, become a member of the FPS System Measurement Forum and be bound by the FPS System Measurement Forum Constitution and Rules and Protocol 1 of the FPS System Measurement Forum, copies of the latest versions of which are attached as Attachment G.

  • Temperature Measurement Temperature will be measured by the nearest automatic Melbourne Bureau of Meteorology Monitoring Station for example (but not limited to): Melbourne, Moorabbin, Dunns Hill, Melbourne Airport, Frankston, and Point ▇▇▇▇▇▇.   • Venue Limitation for TIPS Sales Vendor agrees that if any "Venue" provision is included in any TIPS Sale Agreement/contract between Vendor and a TIPS Member, that clause must provide that the "Venue" for any litigation or alternative dispute resolution shall be in the state and county where the TIPS Member operates unless the TIPS Member expressly agrees otherwise. Any TIPS Sale Supplemental Agreement containing a “Venue” clause that conflicts with these terms is rendered void and unenforceable.
