FPS Measurement Forum Clause Samples

The FPS Measurement Forum clause establishes a formal process or body for measuring and verifying frames per second (FPS) performance in a given context, such as software, hardware, or gaming environments. Typically, this clause outlines the procedures for conducting FPS tests, the standards or benchmarks to be used, and the parties responsible for overseeing the measurement process. By providing a clear framework for FPS assessment, the clause ensures objective performance evaluation and helps resolve disputes related to system speed or graphical output.
