FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE. The Agency shall perform all its obligations under this Framework Agreement and all Call-Off Contracts entered into with Clients:: in accordance with the requirements of this Framework Agreement in accordance with the terms and conditions of the respective Call-Off Contracts in accordance with Good Industry Practice with appropriately experienced, qualified and trained personnel with all due skill, care and diligence in compliance with all applicable Laws, and in compliance with all licences and authorisations.
