FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PERFORMANCE. The Supplier shall perform its obligations under this Framework Agreement in accordance with: the requirements of this Framework Agreement, including Framework Schedule 7 (Framework Management) where appropriate; Good Industry Practice; where and to the extent applicable, the Standards; and in compliance with all applicable Law. The Supplier shall bring to the attention of CCS, any conflict between any of the requirements of Clause 7.1 and shall comply with CCS's decision on the resolution of any such conflict.

The Supplier shall bring to the attention of CCS, any conflict between any of the requirements of Clause 7.1 11.1 and shall comply with CCS's decision on the resolution of any such conflict.
