FRAMEWORK AGREEMENT PERIOD. 3.1 The Framework Agreement will commence on the Agreement Commencement Date and the Agreement shall be for a period of 2 years, unless it is otherwise terminated in accordance with the provisions of these Conditions, or otherwise lawfully terminated, or extended under Condition 3.2. 3.2 Subject to satisfactory performance by the Contractor during the Framework Agreement period the Authority may extend the Framework Agreement Period for anything up to a further 2 years in total, by issuing a covering Variation no later than one Month before the Agreement would otherwise expire.
